  • While we always aim to meet the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur once the order has been handed to the courier

Delivery Charges

 

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by our courier partners. Exclusive Car Diffusers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the information below.



Returns



  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used car diffusers cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty



Faulty or Damaged Items

 

 


If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:

 


  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos if applicable

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.



Refunds

 



  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected
  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider



Exchanges

 

 

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
